The first thing that stood out on the menu was their Breaded Porkchop. It’s enormous—probably the biggest porkchop I’ve had in Cebu so far. Perfectly breaded and crispy on the outside, with a juicy interior that stays tender despite the size. If there’s one item that defines Kalye Sizzlers, this would be it.

We also tried several other dishes:

• Hungarian Sausage – Slightly unexpected, as it tasted more like a chicken sausage, but it was still enjoyable and well worth its price.

• Sisig – Rich, oily, and indulgent, just as sisig should be. It’s flavorful and definitely made for those who don’t shy away from a little grease.

• Grilled Pork Liempo – Marinated well, with a good balance of sweetness and char. A solid choice for liempo lovers.

• Garlic Pepper Beef – Leaning more on the sweet side, this reminded me of beef tapa with a garlicky twist. It paired perfectly with rice.
